Randstad is seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants for primary schools across Saffron Walden. As a new academic year begins, you'll be the vital support that empowers students to thrive, ensuring no child is left behind. What You'll Do:
- Ignite Curiosity: Work one-on-one and in small groups, helping students connect with lessons and discover a love for learning.
- Champion Potential: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where every child feels valued and ready to succeed.
- Adapt and Support: Skillfully tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND, from EYFS to KS2.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff, providing essential feedback to ensure every student's progress is on track.
What You'll Need:
- A genuine passion for working with children (prior school experience is a bonus).
- A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.
- Patience, empathy, and outstanding communication skills.
- An adaptable, positive, and proactive attitude.
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and the right to work in the UK.
