Full-time | £47,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 4 days office based 1 day WFH.

We're looking for a Sales and Lettings Manager to join a growing, purpose-driven team that supports clients in finding and securing homes tailored to their unique needs. This is not your typical estate agency role - it's a chance to use your expertise in a more meaningful, person-centered way.
This dynamic position draws on traditional estate agency experience, but also requires a deeper, more tailored approach to collaboration, advocacy and negotiation. You will represent the buyer or tenant - offering expert guidance, making informed property recommendations, and supporting transactions through to completion.
As Sales and Lettings Manager you will be:
- Leading property searches for both rental and purchase on behalf of clients
- Liaising with legal teams, case managers, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions
- Assessing property suitability based on bespoke criteria
- Supporting clients through viewings, negotiations, and contract reviews
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Representing the company at events and contributing to service development
- You will need to build your area of the business, and at some point create a team to support the function.

- 5+ years' experience in estate agency or a similar property role
- Strong knowledge of both sales and lettings processes
- Entrepreneurial qualities
- A people's person
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- A team player with a proactive, flexible approach
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of building and planning processes (desirable)
