You will need to lead, inspire and develop a high performing team to meet the needs of future company growth, whilst always acting with integrity. The Role of Store Manager:

Support the store team to grow their product knowledge and enhance their client interaction.
Implement promotional activities and customer eventing opportunities
Focus on delivering a profit growth through, sales generation and effective cost control across the store
