About the Role:

This is a hands-on, skilled welding position suited to an experienced MIG and TIG welder with a passion for precision engineering. You’ll be working on varied projects, producing high-quality welds across a range of materials for a respected engineering manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out high-quality MIG and TIG welding on a range of components and materials.

• Working from engineering drawings to complete accurate and consistent welds.

• Ensuring all work meets required quality, safety, and industry standards.

• Supporting other team members and contributing to a positive shop floor environment.

• Taking part in ongoing training and skill development as supported by the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience and competence in both MIG and TIG welding.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

• A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to develop further.
