Duties & Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager you will report directly into the Restaurant Manager and get involved in all aspects of running this fast-paced fresh food restaurant.
You will manage and coach the team, support with accurate scheduling, ordering and ensure the highest level of guest service at all times.
As part of the management team, you will act as Duty Manager on a rotational basis.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have held a position of Supervisor or Assistant Manager in either a stand-alone quality led restaurant or hotel with a strong food and beverage focus.
Some volume experience would be beneficial for this role, along with a genuine passion for great service & hospitality and ability to work well within a team environment.
