A long-standing e-commerce and retail business based in M33 are looking to hire an experienced sales administrator to join their team at head office.

The company has a wonderful range of sales, keeping the day-to-day requirements of this job fresh and enjoyable. It is a mix of B2B and B2C work within the team and involves some order processing across the channels. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, feel comfortable taking on relevant training and be a great communicator.

Job description for Sales Administrator

- Answer customer enquiries across multiple platforms and query types

- Process customer invoices

- Process sales orders to online system

- Despatch and track customer orders across online portals

- Complete administrative duties for the office

- Completion of new line forms when needed

Job skills required for Sales Administrator

- Customer service experience (call handling, query resolution etc)

-Confidence in email a nd online systems

- Strong Microsoft Office and Computer Literacy skills

- Experience within a B2B or B2C sales team
