We are looking for a business manager with a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the BMS industry.

Responsible for the effective management of a team of Project Managers and Engineers, including managing the functions P&L, co-ordination of Health & Safety, meeting reporting requirements and leading the wider team to deliver both team and business objectives.

  • Ensure that your team complies with all necessary H&S policies and practices and ensure that H&S information and guidance is passed on promptly.

  • Ensure company policies are adhered to and processes followed.

  • Monitor and review delivery performance and work with all delivery teams to ensure customers expectations are exceeded.Actively manage projects when required.

  • Full P&L responsibility for all works delivered by the Integration team.

  • Develop relationships with clients at all levels and ensure appropriate contact is made to maintain meaningful relationships.

  • Be the escalation point for customers and colleagues for all matters when appropriate, including technical issues and challenges and lead the resolution process; provide support to Finance team for financial dispute resolution and overdue accounts.

  • Monitor and review project contracts to ensure risks are managed and quoted margins are maintained.

  • Identify opportunities for additionalprojects and service contracts with existing customers, ensuring our clients are aware of all services and solutions available.
