Monitor and review delivery performance and work with all delivery teams to ensure customers expectations are exceeded.Actively manage projects when required.
Full P&L responsibility for all works delivered by the Integration team.
Develop relationships with clients at all levels and ensure appropriate contact is made to maintain meaningful relationships.
Be the escalation point for customers and colleagues for all matters when appropriate, including technical issues and challenges and lead the resolution process; provide support to Finance team for financial dispute resolution and overdue accounts.
Monitor and review project contracts to ensure risks are managed and quoted margins are maintained.
Identify opportunities for additionalprojects and service contracts with existing customers, ensuring our clients are aware of all services and solutions available.
