The Role

As CMO, you will lead a team of 8 marketing professionals across digital acquisition, social media engagement, and brand development. This isn't a business-as-usual position - our client is looking for someone who can transform their marketing approach to match their ambitious growth trajectory.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across paid social (particularly Facebook) and organic channels
  • Leveraging AppsFlyer? analytics to drive data-informed decision making
  • Scaling the acquisition funnel while maintaining efficiency metrics
  • Building brand presence across digital touchpoints
  • Collaborating with product teams on the digital roadmap, starting with the imminent app launch
  • Driving innovation in customer engagement and retention strategies
