We're working exclusively with a highly respected Chartered IFA practice based in Sale, Manchester. Known for their strong values, supportive culture and long-term staff development, the firm is now looking to bring in a Client Manager to join their client support team.

About the Role

This is NOT your typical back-office admin role. As a Client Manager, you’ll be a key part of the full client journey. You'll attend meetings, interact with clients, help prepare key documents and be a trusted point of contact for our clients.

You won’t be writing suitability reports, so your focus will be on excellent service, compliance, and making sure everything runs smoothly for the IFA and the client.

For the right person, there’s also potential to progress into the role of a Chartered IFA position in the future.

It’s a great fit if you enjoy building relationships, like to be involved in client discussions, and take pride in getting the details right.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Being the first point of contact for clients, handling queries and setting up meetings
  • Preparing for and attending client reviews, including checking investments and income figures
  • Working with the adviser to get the right paperwork in place and support the advice process
  • Submitting new business and keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Liaising with providers and third parties where needed
  • Maintaining compliant client files using Intelligent Office

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in an IFA or Financial Adviser support role or similar
  • Confident communicator who builds relationships easily
  • Organised and detail-focused, with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using platforms like Intelligent Office
  • Living within a reasonable commute of Sale, Manchester
