The biggest pain point for most protection advisers is the calibre of lead they receive. It doesn't matter how good you are if you're not given the tools to succeed.This won't happen to you here. Here they have a 50% conversion rate and that's down to the quality of leads.They're a specialist business that sorts ongoing life cover, critical illness and income protection cover for those in active sports (horse riding, extreme sports, mountaineering etc) or those who work in hazardous occupations.Through this they have gone on to develop strong links with sports' governing bodies and receive a steady flow of enquiries through them. They also invest heavily in SEO which drives leads in all the time.And because they do a great job they have a lot of repeat custom and generate a lot of referrals.But that's not all. On top of that the firm's client support manager is on hand to filter enquiries, set up appointments and help with contact. You won't be wasting your time chasing dead ends. You'll be doing what you enjoy most - speaking to clients and solving their problems.It's a whole of market operation meaning you can offer the best possible solutions. And they're part of a wider Chartered IFA group giving even more credibility to the firm.The current team has 5 advisers and you will be their 6th as they grow even further. Two have been trained from scratch and others brought in from other protection firms. It's a quality team achieving quality things.And because of this quality you'll get proper rewards for the work you put in.Hit your targets and you're on track to earn £70,000 per annum with up to £32,000 of that as a base salary. Others on the team are already doing this so it's not just a figure plucked out of the air. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You don't need qualifications but you will have experience as a protection adviser.You'll have plenty of lead sources and support with them. But you'll be a nurturer of relationships and will drive in plenty of referrals.This is a business that is a big believer in collaboration and the positives of working together.
