Forge Talent are representing a National Industry leading organisation through a period of business growth. As a result of continued, enhanced business performance, they now require the skills and experience of a Cash and Bank Administrator to join their Accounts Receivables team.
This role will take responsibility for the monitoring, reconciliation and recording of a high volume of transactions for multiple bank accounts. Previous experience in a similar capacity with exposure to using banking platforms is essential.
Previous experience gained within a high transaction or Shared Service Centre environment is highly advantageous.

Cash and Bank Administrator Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of incoming payments within multiple banking platforms
- Perform and record a high volume of bank reconciliations across multiple company bank accounts.
- Complete daily company credit card bank reconciliations.
- Banking of any cheque payments received, ensuring payments are recorded on the accounting software and matched to relevant accounts
- Provide management reporting for cash forecasting and daily bank receipts
- Support with the preparation for the annual audit of transactions, working with internal and external stakeholders to collate information as required.
- Approve and validate remittances.
- Proactively respond to and resolve any associated queries, maintaining an effective audit trail.
- Support project work within the department as required.
Cash and Bank Administrator Required Experience
- Previous experience in a similar reconciliations focussed role is essential.
- Exposure to working in a high transaction or shared service centre environment.
- A high degree of attention to detail, with the ability to ensure constant accuracy in a high-volume capacity.
- Previous exposure to using multiple banking platforms in a multi disciplined function
- Strong IT and computerised system skills and Intermediate - advanced Excel abilities are essential
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player mentality whilst still having the ability to work effectively independently.
- Proactive and motivated "right first time" approach to tasks ad duties
- The ability to support and adapt to process and system improvements, embracing improved efficiencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring a customer focussed approach to internal and external stakeholders.
