We are delighted to be partnering with highly regarded law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced legal cashier to join their busy and friendly finance department.

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in legal finance? We're looking for a Legal Cashier to join our client a leading law firm and join their dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing client and office account transactions in line with Solicitor's Accounts Rules

  • Bank reconciliations and handling online banking

  • Monitoring client account balances and compliance checks

  • Dealing with invoices, expenses, and petty cash

  • Liaising with fee earners and support staff to ensure financial procedures are followed

About You:
  • Previous experience as a legal cashier or in a similar role within a legal environment

  • Strong knowledge of Solicitor's Accounts Rules (SAR)

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong IT and communication skills

  • A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
