As a Night Shift Production Operative, you'll be a key part of our operations team, helping to keep things running smoothly overnight. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of quality and output
- Collaborating with your team to meet production goals
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Shift Work Experience: Previous experience working night or rotating shifts
- FLT Licence: Desirable but not essential
- Team Player: Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility: Willing to work one Saturday per month if required
