Regional Director of Project Management duties:
- Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of programs within a significant area of responsibility,
- Ensure that risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints are managed appropriately at program and project levels.
- Providing support and guidance to the regional project management team.
- Work with the Construction Delivery Manager and relevant Project Manager to integrate procurement, construction programming and sequencing into the overall development program prior to Contract Execution.
- Lead the negotiation and deployment of annual and longer-term program and project resource budgets
- Manage multiple projects within the strategic roadmap whilst taking personal responsibility for a limited number of critical- contracts.
To succeed as the Regional Director of Project Management, you need:
- Track record of delivering high rise schemes, developing teams and showcasing strong Project Management discipline
- Relevant experience with a contractor, developer, housebuilder or consultant leading general pre-construction activities
- Significant experience in commercial procurement, contract and supply chain and 3rd party management including the use of frameworks
- Experience of overseeing multiple projects, either directly or as managing a team
