Your New Role:

This business is doing brilliant things in the healthcare space—50+ sites, 500+ staff, and growing fast. They’re making smart investments in digital services and expanding access to care across the UK. It’s a rare mix: commercially savvy and genuinely values-driven.

You’ll be joining a finance team that sits at the heart of operations. Your role will be hands-on, analytical, and strategic. You’ll work closely with the Finance Business Partner and have a front-row seat to how good decisions get made—think contract margins, pricing, cost models, and performance analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Delivering variance and margin analysis to support contract performance

  • Building dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, and Datarails

  • Supporting tenders and new business modelling

  • You’re curious, commercially-minded, and not afraid to challenge the numbers

  • You’re comfortable with data tools and keen to build out your MI/reporting skills

  • You want to grow with a business that promotes from within and develops future leaders

Why Apply?

Because this isn’t just another analyst role. It’s a chance to build commercial muscle, work with people who value your ideas, and be part of a business doing meaningful work at scale.

You'll be trusted, supported, and challenged in equal measure - and you’ll make a real impact while you’re at it.
