We are on the lookout for a Lettings Manager to join a growing company. We are looking for an ambitious go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment.

The Role:
- This is a dynamic role thats a mix of office and field-based work (so youll need your own car). Youll be responsible for managing properties across Salford, Warrington, Bury, and Stockport, and youll take charge of both residential and potentially HMO properties. Theres no limit to how far you can go with this Lettings Manager opportunity were all about growth and rewarding success
- Accompanied Viewings:Show potential tenants the best our properties have to offer
- Move-In/Move-Out Appointments:Ensure every tenant has a seamless start
- Property Maintenance:Keep everything looking pristine and running smoothly
- Communication:Liaise with tenants, contractors, and team members
- Growing the Portfolio:Help drive the success of our agency by expanding our reach and client bas
