We're currently partnering with a dynamic and growing business based in Salford to find a proactive Billing Coordinator to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and processing of accurate client invoices
  • Reconcile billing data and investigate discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date client and billing records
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as required

Skills/ Attributes:

  • Experience working in a finance or invoicing/ billing function (ideally 2/ 3 years' experience)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with and analysing data
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Ideally studying AAT or looking to pursue further finance qualifications
