- 2 days a week in Finance to cover credit cards, expenses,. Checking receipts, chasing missing data and processing invoices and payments.
- Support hotel bookings
- Minute Taking
- Maintain office systems, records, and procedures.
- Admin Support Chasing missing PO, invoicing,
- Chasing missing PO, invoicing
- Admin Support for Sales - Chasing missing invoices
- Support all back office functions
