Office Administrator | Salford Quays, Manchester | £28,000 - £30,000

We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Manchester, currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly.

Office Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Support various departments with administrative and operational needs

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order

  • Assist with meeting coordination, diary management, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

  • Manage incoming and outgoing product samples

  • Coordinate parcel shipments and ensure timely sample deliveries

  • Research market trends and competitor products

  • Produce detailed reports and presentations as required

  • Organise travel and provide diary management support for senior team members

Office Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
