We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Manchester, currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. Office Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence

Support various departments with administrative and operational needs

Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order

Assist with meeting coordination, diary management, and travel arrangements

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Manage incoming and outgoing product samples

Coordinate parcel shipments and ensure timely sample deliveries

Research market trends and competitor products

Produce detailed reports and presentations as required

Organise travel and provide diary management support for senior team members
Office Administrator Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
