Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Leasehold Property Manager for a regional Housing Association on an initial 6 week contract with possibility of extension. The role pays between £24 - £26 per hour umbrella and offers flexible working between working from home, office attendance and travelling to conduct property visits.

The role:

  • Manage Right to Buy applications, and subsequent dispute queries and appeals
  • Carry out fraud checks to prevent fraudulent home ownership applications
  • Deliver all leasehold management functions
  • Work through full section 20 process

The person:

  • Experience of leasehold or property management
  • Experience of section 20 process
  • Ability to understand and apply policies
  • Ability to investigate evidence to inform decision making
  • Clean UK drivers license
