Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a Leasehold Property Manager for a regional Housing Association on an initial 6-week contract, with the possibility of extension.
The position offers a salary ranging from £24 to £26 per hour umbrella, along with flexible working options including remote work, office attendance, and property visits.
Key responsibilities include managing Right to Buy applications, handling disputes and appeals, conducting fraud checks, and executing the full section 20 process.
Candidates should have experience in leasehold or property management, as well as familiarity with the section 20 process and the ability to apply relevant policies.
A clean UK driver's license is also required for this role.

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Leasehold Property Manager for a regional Housing Association on an initial 6 week contract with possibility of extension. The role:

Manage Right to Buy applications, and subsequent dispute queries and appeals
Carry out fraud checks to prevent fraudulent home ownership applications
Deliver all leasehold management functions
Work through full section 20 process

The person:

Experience of leasehold or property management
Experience of section 20 process
Ability to understand and apply policies
Ability to investigate evidence to inform decision making
Clean UK drivers license
