  • This is a dynamic role that’s a mix of office and field-based work (so you’ll need your own car). You’ll be responsible for managing properties across Salford, Warrington, Bury, and Stockport, and you’ll take charge of both residential and potentially HMO properties. There’s no limit to how far you can go with this Lettings Manager opportunity – we’re all about growth and rewarding success
  • Accompanied Viewings: Show potential tenants the best our properties have to offer
  • Move-In/Move-Out Appointments: Ensure every tenant has a seamless start
  • Property Maintenance: Keep everything looking pristine and running smoothly
  • Communication: Liaise with tenants, contractors, and team members
  • Growing the Portfolio: Help drive the success of our agency by expanding our reach and client bas
