Senior Shift Manager - What we're looking for:
- Experience in a fast-paced, branded hospitality environment
- Confident managing both front of house and back of house operations
- Essential: experience with food handling and safety procedures
- A quick learner with an eagerness to develop and grow
- Someone who is motivated, dependable, and thrives in a team environment
Senior Shift Manager - What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with the General Manager to manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Supporting team members during busy service periods
- Overseeing shift operations and ensuring high standards across the board
- Once trained, you'll be leading shifts independently and helping drive the business forward
Senior Shift Manager - The benefits:
