Temporary Maintenance Operative - Student Accommodation (Salford)
Location: Salford
Hours: 30 hour
Pay: 14 per hour
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We're looking for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support our student accommodation site in Salford for a temporary assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the property
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Assist with room inspections and minor refurbishments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general repairs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills
