- Deliver engaging lessons across multiple subjects tailored to pupils with SEND
- Plan and implement individualised learning programmes
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
- Foster a safe, inclusive and structured classroom environment
- Contribute to whole-school SEND provision and development
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a secondary SEND setting or with pupils with additional needs
- Strong understanding of SEND strategies and inclusive teaching practices
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Flexible, resilient and passionate about supporting all learners
