Due to exciting growth plans Change Housing are looking for a new Repairs Manager to deliver maintenance and refurbishments on housing stock across Greater Manchester.

Change Housing are looking a candidate with experience in Social Housing R&M to take full responsibility for the day to day repairs operations and compliance for housing stock across Manchester. As Repairs Manager, you'll lead the operational delivery of responsive repairs & voids across housing stock, manage external contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Oversee day to day repairs & voids operations
  • Manage contractor and customer relationships
  • Lead and support the repairs team to meet service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal requirements
  • Monitor budgets, schedules and project outcomes
  • Reporting to Head Of Assets

Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Social Housing
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and contractor performance effectively
  • A customer first approach to service delivery
