The role is a People Services Administrator in Manchester - Dickinson Street, Manchester, M1 4LF
Hourly Rate - 15.28 to 16.94.
Contract:3months
On site based, Monday to Friday

About the Opportunity
To provide a comprehensive & effective HR Administration service to support business requirements in maintaining accurate employee records
* To accurately update and maintain employee data and ensure both HR and payroll amendments are processed in a timely manner, ensuring monthly deadlines and SLA's are met.
* To complete all People Services administration activities in relation to contracts of employment including appointments, termination and variation of contractual terms, rewards and retirement.
To answer queries from employees and delegate to the team as appropriate.
To support the wider people services and payroll teams in maintaining employee dpf (digital personnel file) records
* To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels, delivering excellent customer service.
* To accurately maintain and update records in line with GDPR principles including the filing, retention, and archiving of colleague records. To provide support to the wider HR functions
Who we are looking for
* Previous experience in an HR or Payroll administrator role
* Experience of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
* Experience using SAP desirable
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Resilience and flexibility is essential
* Excellent customer services skills
* Knowledge of GDPR principles
A very organised individual used to high volumes of work
