Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join a busy warehouse and logistics team in Salford. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for accuracy, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and liaising with suppliers.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage software portals and distribute daily orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring all pricing is correct.
  • Track delivery ETAs and provide updates to internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate product data including codes, categories, and descriptions.
  • Support procurement and admin teams with order management and invoicing.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with both suppliers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable using online systems, portals, and spreadsheets.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
