Package:
- Salary: 27-30k per annum
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Monday to Friday (no compulsory weekends)
- Overtime available
- Two performance incentives a month.
Duties:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive top-notch service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting installations of water systems with precision and professionalism
- Performing maintenance and repairs promptly to keep systems in optimal condition
- Providing engaging product demonstrations to showcase system features
- Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and friendly service
- Maintaining accurate service records and contributing feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- A personable demeanour and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in field service or similar roles
- Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
