A leading defence and technology company is looking for a Process Safety Engineer to ensure the safe design, operation, and management of high-hazard processes. As Process Safety Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with DSEAR, COMAH, and Explosives Regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments (HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA) and safety audits

  • Support engineering teams to integrate safety into operations
  • Deliver training and promote a strong safety culture

Experience required:

  • HND/Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Process Safety
  • Experience in high-hazard industries (defence, pharma, chemicals, oil & gas)
  • Strong knowledge of UK safety regulations
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
