- Help oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed on schedule.

- Monitor and enforce health & safety, and environmental regulations.
- Solve site-related technical issues and escalate critical concerns as needed.
- Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and building regulations.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and snagging reports to identify defects.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and material usage.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance to the workforce and subcontractors.
