1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a considerable sized contract in and around Wiltshire.

We are currently looking for 3 DEAs/Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out EPCs and Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout Wiltshire.

Requirements for this role:

Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
HHSRS Experience
Stock Condition surveying experience
DEA qualification

This is a 3 month contract contract with the possibility of leading on work!
