Finance Manager required for a charity going through some exciting change.Are you a finance leader ready to make a real impact in the charity sector? I am looking for a FinanceManager to lead the team and ensure top-notch financial reporting and forecasting. If you thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment and have a passion for supporting a team, this is your opportunity to shine!What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a small finance team to deliver accurate, timely financial reports and forecasts.
  • Manage budgeting, year-end processes, and ensure VAT and compliance standards are met.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and support for fundraising, bids, and tenders.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to drive financial success.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in financial management and reporting, ideally within the charity sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
  • Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis abilities.
  • Ability to make complex financials easy to understand and actionable for all stakeholders.
  • Ideally part qualified
