I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced General Manager to lead their operation for their quality gastropub serving around 1300cv per wk and with 8 rooms in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside within easy commute from East Dorset, The New Forest, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton.
The successful General Manager must have strong hands on experience for 2yrs+ as General Manager or F&B / Operations Manager managing gastropubs, hotels or restaurants, as well as onsite admin, P&L and staff recruitment / training experience.
In this instance, applicants will need access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
