Full-Time Teaching Assistants - Salisbury - Long-Term Roles Available

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants for full-time, long-term positions in schools across Salisbury.

Role Overview:

• Location: Salisbury
• Duration: Long-term
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Settings: Mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in the classroom with learning activities
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Help children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
• A caring and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
