Production Team Manager, Salisbury, £45,000

A well-established manufacturing business based in Salisbury is seeking a Production Team Manager to lead one of its key production teams. This business is known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement, and has a strong reputation within its specialist sector.

As Production Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of your team, ensuring production goals are achieved in line with customer requirements. You’ll manage resource allocation, identify and implement process improvements, and foster the growth and development of team members.
