Anson McCade is working with a global consulting client to deliver some of the most advanced Salesforce AI solutions on the market. With a focus on cutting-edge customer experience and automation technologies, we are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce AI Architect to join a forward-thinking team delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
You'll work alongside brilliant colleagues on projects that matter-helping businesses adopt next-gen AI capabilities and drive real-world innovation.
As a Salesforce AI Architect, you will:
- Serve as the internal AI Subject Matter Expert across Salesforce tools such as Predictive AI, Generative AI, and Agentforce, advising on best practices, governance, and use cases.
- Provide technical guidance across the entire project lifecycle-from discovery and design to deployment and performance monitoring.
- Design and architect AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Agent Builder, Model Builder, and integrated AI toolsets to improve automation, insights, and customer interactions.
- Advise on embedding AI features across Salesforce and third-party systems to support intelligent decision-making and business efficiency.
- Lead AI-focused knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill internal teams and drive innovation.
- Stay up to date with AI developments in the Salesforce ecosystem to apply cutting-edge practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, data, and architecture functions to align AI strategy with business goals.
- Support or lead client presentations depending on your preferences and expertise.
- A strong track record of delivering Salesforce AI projects, ideally with 2-5+ implementations using tools such as Einstein Lead/Opportunity Scoring, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI features.
- In-depth expertise across Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI, Trust Layer, Copilot, and Agentforce.
- A solid understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and compliance considerations.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrated experience in AI-focused solution design, including data preparation, model tuning, and prompt configuration.
- 10+ years in consulting and enterprise architecture roles, with a strong background in digital transformation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce architecture domains, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts in an accessible way.
