Are you a recently qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to kick-start your career in commercial property law? You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentoring and exposure to a wide client base – from local businesses to national household names.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling a variety of commercial property transactions
- Assisting with matters including landlord & tenant, freehold sales, acquisitions and disposals
- Working on high-quality projects, including property pension investment transactions
- Building client relationships and developing commercial awareness
What experience is required?
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ–5 PQE welcome)
- A genuine interest in commercial property law
- Exposure to or interest in property pension investment work is a plus
- A proactive mindset and desire to grow your legal career
