Responsibilities:
- Dispute Management: Handle all business-related disputes, including contract disputes, consumer claims, regulatory disputes, class actions, civil disputes, and arbitration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, risk management, and prevention strategies.
- Contract Management: Review, draught, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts, including: MSAs, IMAs, SLAs, NDAs, purchase and supplier agreements, data protection agreements, SaaS, tech, and outsourcing agreements
- Corporate Transactions: Manage corporate transactions such as M&A, restructuring, joint ventures, corporate governance
