Our client, a reputable and law firm in Salisbury is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Wills drafting
- Probate administration
- Court of Protection / Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
- Tax planning and advice
- Trust set up and administration
- Limited contentious probate work
Duties will include:
- Independently managing a varied caseload of private client matters.
- Providing high-quality, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work, Trusts, and some Contentious Probate work.
- Demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with elderly or incapacitated clients.
- Proactively networking and marketing to generate new business and enhance the firm's reputation.
- Attending clients in their own environment as required.
- Mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
- Maintaining good billing records and meeting targets within the team.
Desired skills:
- Looking for Private Client Solicitors with NQ+ experience.
- Proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
