We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have had experience in a production management position in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a diverse team to meet production, quality and safety goals
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance and supply chain for seamless operations
- Oversee all production and foundry operations to meet production targets and deadlines
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Reinforce standards with regular safety briefings, audits and toolbox talks
- Drive training initiatives to strengthen skills and workforce flexibility
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Had experience with in a management role within manufacturing
- Experience and knowledgeable in a production or foundry environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
