We are looking for a Part Time Administrator to support our team of HR Advisors. As the new Part Time Administrator you be handling calls and emails efficiently, forwarding to the appropriate member of the team, and supporting with day to day HR administration.
Ideally we'll need you to work Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week. We are flexible with start and finish times, so could offer either school hours, mornings or afternoons.
As the Part Time Administrator you'll be:
- Supporting with the preparation of employment documentation, including contracts, handbooks, policies, procedures and offer letters.
- General administration tasks and HR system updates
- Maintaining the Breathe HR System, inputting new starter information and making amendments when needed.
- Creating accurate notes on the case management system.
- Document management, filing and scanning.
You don’t need previous HR experience in this role but we'd like you to have good IT skills as well as be organised, detail-focused and able to manage your time effectively.We are looking for
