Quality Engineer – Salisbury – £30,000 benefits

Are you a Quality Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We’re recruiting for a growing Salisbury-based manufacturer who needs a hands-on Quality Engineer to join their team and make a real impact.

This permanent role offers Monday–Friday hours (9am–5:30pm, with an early Friday finish), a salary of £30,000, plus great perks including an employee assistance programme, retail discounts, wellbeing initiatives, and company events.

What you’ll be doing as a Quality Engineer:
  • Carrying out inspections with modern equipment to ensure accuracy
  • Raising and closing non-conformance reports
  • Completing sample inspections and detailed reports
  • Raising engineering change notices
  • Supporting production with troubleshooting
  • Updating drawings and technical documentation
  • Providing technical support across departments
  • Maintaining accurate ERP system data
  • Deputising for the Quality Supervisor when required

  • Experience in quality assurance within engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator who can work with suppliers and production teams
