About the Mechanical Supervisor Role
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of various military aircraft, including the Apache and Chinook helicopters. Your primary duties will include:

- Coordinating the scheduling and completion of all maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards

Requirements for the Mechanical Supervisor Position
To be successful in this role, the company is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience working in a military aviation maintenance environment, preferably with the Apache and/or Chinook helicopters
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Clearance: BPSS and SC (BPSS is acceptable to start, with an SC application in progress)
