- Minimum 3 years' solid experience in residential conveyancing (FILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to work fully remotely and independently without supervision (essential for remote candidates)

- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Enthusiasm for supporting and training junior team members where applicable
