Join our client in Salisbury as a Receptionist, where you will handle a variety of administrative and reception duties. This role is ideal for someone proactive and highly engaged.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including daily post office runs.
- Perform general office administration including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain stock levels and order office supplies.
- Provide reception cover, answer phones, greet clients, and manage meeting room bookings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and message forwarding skills.
- High level of personal presentation and confidentiality.
