We need recruiters that are hungry to succeed, with entrepreneurial flair and want to part of something special. The roles are self employed but for exceptional people we are able to offer guarantees whilst you build your pipeline.
You will have experience in Recruitment and now looking to join a more niche, boutique type agency. The ability to write good content is crucial for this role.
No 2 days are the same in our Agency, so the ability to think outside the box and multi task is essential but here's an example of some key responsibilities
The Job
Sourcing candidates via various job boards and internal CRM
Business Developing to build your own client base
Matching candidates to job roles, writing CV's and bios (you must have great creative writing skills)
Organising interviews, negotiating offers and liaising with candidates and clients
We don't believe in micro managing at Honeypot People, so you can develop your own style and what suits you best with our guidance.
We are looking for Recruiters who would be happy to come to the office a few days a week initially whilst onboarding and then move to a remote option with monthly or weekly (if you're nearby) visits to the office. We can definitely chat if you're not located on our doorstep, as we are looking to expand across the South and home counties.
Our hours are flexible. You may prefer an 8am start with a 4.30pm finish to get to that gym class, or a 9.30am start finishing at 6pm so you can do your stuff first thing!
