- Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and deliveries
- Monitoring order statuses and reporting overdue items
- Supporting planning tasks such as scheduling, work order management, and transport booking
- Communicating with internal teams to coordinate material flow
- Previous experience in Purchasing or Planning, ideally within a Manufacturing environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organisational skills
