As a Purchasing and Planning Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Raising and processing purchase orders
 - Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and delivery dates
 - Updating internal systems with order statuses
 - Supporting the planning team with admin tasks such as scheduling and transport booking
 - Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth material flow
 
As a Purchasing and Planning Assistant, your experience will include:
- Some exposure to purchasing, supply chain or admin (e.g. raising POs, working with suppliers, or stock control)
 - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
 - Strong communication and organisational skills
 - A proactive and positive approach to learning
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
