A well-regarded, Ofsted-rated “Good” secondary school close to the heart of Salisbury is looking to appoint a passionate Science Teacher from January on a long-term basis. With the school continuing to expand, this role offers an exciting opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking department committed to delivering high-quality, engaging Science education across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Your Responsibilities-
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, adapting lessons to meet varied learning needs.

Planning and delivering dynamic, practical lessons that inspire curiosity and achievement.

Tracking progress, offering constructive feedback, and supporting students to reach their potential.

Creating a positive, safe, and ambitious classroom culture.

Working closely with the Science team and contributing to wider school initiatives.

Mixed 11–16 secondary school with approx. 850 students, continuing to grow.

Ofsted-rated “Good”, with a strong reputation for inclusion and high expectations.

Qualified Teacher with UK QTS, or working towards QTS.
